Bantahan Terhadap "Wasiat Bohong"
Selasa, 25 September 2007 - 05:00 PM, Penulis: Asy Syaikh ‘Abdul ‘Aziz bin ‘Abdullah bin Baaz
Saya telah membaca edaran yang dinisbatkan kepada Syaik Ahmad seorang pelayan Masjid Nabawi, Madinah, dengan judul: “Ini adalah Wasiat dari Madinah Munawwarah dari Syaikh Ahmad, Seorang Pelayan Masjid Nabawi”.

Dalam wasiat itu Syaikh Ahmad berkata: …

“Pada suatu malam Jumat saya begadang sambil membaca al-Quran Setelah saya membaca asma al-husna, saya bersiap-siap untuk tidur. Kemudian saya melihat Rasulullah shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam ‘alaihi wa sallam

As we are getting closer to Ramadan, I feel it is quite appropriate to reflect on my struggle to understand what it means to be a Muslim and to reach the goal on becoming a better Muslim.

This summer, so far, my iman (faith) has been up and down like a yoyo. I have been criticizing myself for not being a good Muslim. As I am writing this journal, I have to ask myself about what does it means to be a Muslim and try to be realistic on how to become a better Muslim.

I believe I have been emphasizing on the visible characteristics of being a Muslim woman such as wearing hijab, modest clothes, and prayers. These elements are important.

However, I had to go back to the time I said Shahadah: Ash-shadu ana la ilaha illallah wa ana Muhammadar-rasulullah (There is no God but Allah and that Muhammad (Peace be upon him) is His messenger.

Struggling Againt Homosexuality, Finding Islam.

Pleased read the comment as well click www.readingislam.com
[And He found thee wandering, and He gave thee guidance.] (Ad-Duha 93:7)
Homosexuality has become one of the most widely discussed social issues of our day. Some communities around the world are embracing and accepting its practice.
Ayub was able to loosen the grip of same-sex attractions and find his way out of the homosexual lifestyle... by finding Islam.

Ayub was able to loosen the grip of same-sex attractions and find his way out of the homosexual lifestyle... by finding Islam.

More and more societies are making room for those who are convinced that God made them gay and that they have no choice but to accept it. This has even begun happening within the Muslim community.
I am telling my story because I found a different path. I am an American man who through Allah's grace was able to loosen the grip of same-sex attractions and find my way out of the homosexual lifestyle.

I did this by embracing Islam.

I want to share my story, not to fan the flames of any political debate, but because I believe it could be a source of help and comfort to Muslim men and teenagers who want to leave same-sex attractions behind.
